| Instructor Profile: | Shelia Rae is dedicated to sharing and promoting the study of qigong and tai chi worldwide. Her appointment to the Arthritis Foundation's Speakers Bureau has given her the opportunity to speak at events for many organizations. She has been teaching TCA since 1999 and includes TCA and TCD in her classes at The University of Memphis and The University of Mississippi. Shelia also has classes at many area churches, retirement homes, rehabiliation centers, the VA hospital, and Shelby County Division of Corrections. In 2003 at International competition held in Dallas, Texas she was awarded both Gold ( SUN style) and Bronze (YANG style ) medals. She is affiliated with The Healing Arts Medical Group of Memphis where she is a medical qigong instructor and Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist licensed in the State of Tennessee. |
