| Instructor Profile: | Rani Hughes is an Occupational Therapist with a background in falls prevention. Rani conducts a number of community TCA classes. Rani has been studying & practicing tai chi for many years, under two teachers, including Dr. Paul Lam. Rani has a keen interest with introducing TCA to a diverse range of people, to date this has included football teams, homeless women, teenage mothers, high school/university students, conference delegates and people with addiction problems. Rani has begun to study Traditional Chinese Medicine to help her understand more about Qi & meridians. The pracitice of tai chi is a daily inspiration for Rani. |
