| Instructor Profile: | As a registered nurse and full-time exercise leader of The Korean Rheumatology Health Professionals Society. She has taught self-help management classes and aquatic exercises for arthritis patients since 1999. She come to know Tai Chi when she took the first TCA workshop in Seoul, 2001 with Dr.Lam and since then, she has started to teach the TCA course for arthritis patients at various primary care centers in Seoul and the Kyung Ki area. She also joined the research team with Dr. Song to lead TCA classes for OA and RA patients for 2 years. | |
