| Instructor Profile: | After teaching Elementary school in England for 23 years, Susan found an interest in complementary therapies and spiritual development. She is a Master/Teacher of Reiki, has an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Massage and has studied Applied Kinesiology, stress management and various counseling techniques. Susan's Tai Chi journey began in 1995, with an introduction to Yang Style. On moving to the USA in 2002, she discovered Sun Style Tai Chi and Dr Lam's Tai Chi for Health programs taught by Caroline Demoise. Susan is certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Diabetes, Tai Chi for Back Pain, Tai Chi for Osteoporosis and Tai Chi 4 Kidz. She also teaches Sun Style 73 Forms, the 24 Forms and the Combined 42 Forms. In 2005 she became a Senior Trainer and in January 2008 joined Dr Lam's team of Master Trainers. Susan enjoys coaching others, encouraging them to help themselves to better health through Tai Chi. |
